Vantage Point Solutions, based in Mitchell, SD, is seeking a full-time compliance professional in our growing Banking Division to work with financial institutions in the Upper Midwest.  We have an immediate opening for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant. Successful candidate will reside in the Upper Midwest and be willing to travel part time.

Summary/Objective

As a consultant in our Banking Division, the candidate will work with Vantage Point clients using your knowledge, expertise, and talent to provide value added consulting services.  Responsibilities will vary with the needs of the organization but could include training and consulting on regulatory issues, policy preparation and review, compliance and operational audits and much more. 

Supervisory Responsibility

No direct supervisory duties.

Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, professional, exhibit good judgement and have ability to work independently.

 Education & Experience

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance or related field is required. Two or more years professional experience is preferred.  Ideal candidates will be certified in regulatory compliance (CRCM, CCBCO and/or CUCE). Strong consumer real estate compliance and HMDA experience will be a plus.
