Description:

• Responsible for managing existing and new loans.

• Develop and solicit a quality loan portfolio ( including Ag, Commercial and Consumer Loans) in conformity with all bank policies, procedures and guidelines, as well as all applicable banking laws and regulations.
• Interview loan applicants, collect and analyze financial data to determine credit worthiness.
• Establish and negotiate terms under which credit can be extended.
• Participate with and make presentations to Loan Committee
• Support the bank’s strong customer relationship culture with customer contact, excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Will represent the bank and provide leadership in key community activities.

Required Education:

• Bachelors degree in Ag, finance or related field or comparable experience.
• Five to 10 years of banking experience with Ag & Commercial lending
• Good managerial, communication and public relations skills.
