The customer service representative performs accurate and efficient financial transactions, provides quality customer service and adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines by performing the following duties and responsibilities: Greets customers, provides excellent customer service Processes customer transactions within established guidelines Maintains and balances cash drawer Cross sells products and services when appropriate. Identifies referral opportunities and makes relevant referrals Processes mail communications Answers multi-line phone system Balances and maintains ATM’s Complies with regulatory rules and regulations Other duties as assigned
